About Acrobat Reader
The PDF file is displayed on your screen using Acrobat Reader. If you don't have this application, you can download it from www.adobe.com. When the file is displayed on your screen, you can record it on your hard drive or print it using the tool bar icons.
Please note that the PDF files are not protected.
VISTA Users
The PDF files was written using PDF Writer V 4.00. With VISTA, you may get the error message "incompatibility between Vista and Professional Acrobat Reader 4". This is an abnormal error message since Acrobat Reader 7 or 8 can read all versions. However, if the installation of acrobat 7 or 8 had problem, this error can occur. This error message may also come from Internet, particularily if the speed is too low. The best way is to move your mouse over the link (the button) and to click the right button. You can then record the PDF file on your hard drive. Once recorded, you should open your PDF files without any problem.
Other errors
If you get an error while displaying the PDF file, the problem generally comes from a wrong configuration. The DDL acropdf.dll may be corrupted. Please verify also the option "All files" in the menu: Edition/Preferences/Starting/Open documents, in Acrobat Reader 7.0. Anyway, you can remove your present version of Acrobat Reader and install the latest one. Another solution is to download first the PDF files on your hard drive and then to open them with Acrobat Reader (see the preceding paragraph "VISTA Users").
Note that when an Acrobat DLL is corrupted, it may display local files while ignoring internet files.
